Job Description


  • Deployment & update of our software and configuration in the customer’s infrastructure (SAML, LDAP, etc.).
  •  SQL Server management.
  • Troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes for problems.
  • Communication with our customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3 Years or Above

  • Very good knowledge in administration of Microsoft Windows Server, network & firewall, WAF, SAML IdP, SSO, LDAP, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Web application /Server or DNS or database server (e.g. SQL).
  • Experience with Linux, Nagios, PowerShell.
  • Communicative openness and the ability to work in a team.
  • High-quality awareness and precision.
  • Very good English communication.
  • Flexibility to work in full-time shifts between 8am and 10pm (IST).
  • Experience in working with European / German companies is an advantage.
