•Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc).
•Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
•Handle queries, provide accurate information, and address complaints promptly and effectively.
•Manage all incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, or take clear and accurate messages.
•Receive, sort, and distribute letters, couriers, and packages efficiently.
•Prepare and dispatch outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
•Review, organize, and forward emails on a regular basis.
