We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our dynamic and self-organized team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in agile environments and a strong ability to facilitate collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery within Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and ensure Scrum principles and practices are applied effectively.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Support the team in removing impediments and fostering a productive working environment.

• Coach the team and stakeholders in agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to support efficient delivery.

• Promote transparency, communication, and self-organization within the team.

• Experience working as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.

• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and team facilitation.

• Ability to identify and remove blockers and support the team in improving delivery processes.

• Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and self-organized teams.

• Confident communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Scrum certification is a plus.

• Experience in working with distributed or international teams is a plus.
