c.      Front-End Implementation: Implement the pre-designed user interfaces and ensure that the portal is responsive and provides an optimal user experience on both mobile and desktop devices. Your focus will be on translating design into functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that engage and retain users.

2.     Strategic Input:

a.      Concept Refinement: Actively contribute to refining and enhancing the initial concepts based on technical feasibility and best practices. Your insights will be crucial in steering the project’s technical strategy and ensuring long-term viability.

b.      Technical Leadership: As a key technical leader, you will have the authority and responsibility to make critical decisions that define the architecture and technical direction of the project. You will also be expected to prepare the platform for future scaling and potential team expansion.

3.     Combit CRM Management:

a.      Manage our Combit CRM system, utilizing VBScript to enhance functionality, fix bugs, and refine existing features as needed.

b.      Ensure the CRM supports the job portal’s functionality and integrates effectively with our backend systems.

4.     Customer Dashboard Maintenance:

a.      Maintain and enhance our existing PHP-based customer dashboard, resolving bugs and adding new features to improve user engagement and functionality.

b.      Provide ongoing support and updates to ensure the dashboard remains effective and user-friendly.

•    Extensive experience in full-stack development, especially with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PHP.
•    Demonstrated leadership in managing major development projects, with a portfolio that includes high-performance web applications.
•    Proficient in VBScript for CRM customizations and experienced in PHP for web applications.
•    Strong understanding of MongoDB, API integrations, and general database management.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•    Fluent in English, with a strong service-oriented communication style.
