Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for customer acquisition across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Your goal is to enhance our brand visibility and effectively engage potential customers.
Project Management:
You will be responsible for planning and executing customer projects, particularly in the area of social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google). You will ensure that these projects are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes.
User Behavior Analysis:
You will identify and analyze power users to understand their behavior and develop targeted marketing strategies. Utilizing data analysis tools, you will gain valuable insights into user behavior and optimize user retention.
Churn Management:
You will analyze churn rates and develop strategies to reduce them. Through targeted initiatives, you will ensure that our customers remain engaged with our product over the long term.
User Segmentation:
You will differentiate between Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU) and adjust marketing measures accordingly. Your ability to identify user segments will enable us to pursue personalized approaches.
Product Development Coordination:
You will work closely with the team to lay the groundwork for future product development. You will prepare for the hiring of a Product Manager.
Building a Training Platform:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a training platform that assists our clients with inquiries and provides valuable content for marketing.
Technological Integration:
You will coordinate with the IT department for the implementation and further development of technologies, including the use of PostHog for analytics, to make data-driven decisions.
Quality Assurance:
You will implement QA processes for evaluating product and performance data to ensure that our marketing strategies are effective and continuously improved.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
You hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. A focus on digital media or e-commerce is advantageous.
Experience:
You bring at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the software or SaaS industry, with proven success in customer acquisition and project management.
E-Commerce Background:
A strong background in e-commerce and solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (especially Facebook and Instagram), and content marketing, is preferred.
Analytical Skills:
You possess excellent data analysis skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel) to interpret user behavior and make strategic decisions.
Leadership Skills:
