Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Marketing Management: Develop and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate all marketing KPIs with special focus on conversion paths and ROI optimization.
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization: Detailed evaluation of Paid Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns with in-depth analysis of metrics for continuous performance improvement.
  • Conversion Tracking and Attribution: Build and maintain a complete attribution model to accurately measure soft and hard conversions across different channels and touchpoints.
  • Retargeting Strategies: Develop data-based retargeting frameworks with clear segmentation of target groups based on user behavior and conversion probability.
  • A/B Testing and Experimental Design: Develop statistically valid tests for creatives, landing pages, and conversion elements with clear methodology for measuring success.
  • Industry and Competitive Analysis: Systematically analyze different industries and positions to derive strategic marketing measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a clear focus on data-driven campaign optimization, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager), campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), and data visualization tools.
  • Analytical Expertise: Outstanding quantitative abilities to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to extract strategic insights from numbers and trends and translate them into concrete marketing actions.
  • Accuracy: Highest precision in data collection, analysis, and interpretation with a relentless focus on data quality.
