This brings in a need for a highly motivated leader with a hands-on mentality to join the team. This individual will initially learn and manage all processes themselves and then gradually build and lead a team to handle the workload.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Implementation
• Seamless Integration: Accurately incorporate new job advertisements into existing templates using precise copy and paste techniques.
• Template Conversion: Skillfully convert client templates from formats like PDF and Word into HTML/CSS with meticulous attention to detail.
• Content Accuracy: Ensure the flawless transfer of content into customized client templates, maintaining high standards of precision.
• Template Design: Innovatively design and program new templates or faithfully replicate client-provided templates in HTML/CSS.
• Social Media Campaigns: Create visually appealing designs for social media marketing campaigns and manage client approvals effectively.
• Customer Satisfaction: Uphold exceptional standards of customer satisfaction by delivering error-free work and ensuring client contentment.
2. Publication Process
• Comprehensive Management: Oversee the complete administrative process for publishing job advertisements with efficiency and precision.
• Online Verification: Perform thorough online verification on relevant job portals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Client Coordination: Facilitate necessary changes with job boards and effectively communicate updates to clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless publication process.

• Training and Onboarding: Deliver comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new team members, fostering their integration and success.

5. Quality Assurance
• Content and Compliance: Guarantee that all content and links are accurately implemented and fully compliant with individual job board regulations.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous focus on detail and precision in all tasks to ensure high standards of quality.
6. Offer Creation
• Timely Preparation: Create offers for clients promptly upon request from sales or directly from clients.
• Efficiency: Ensure all offers are prepared and delivered within a 60-minute timeframe, maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction.
7. Process Improvement
• Innovation: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and quality of the Indian team's output.
• Dashboard Development: Contribute to the design and development of an internal dashboard to monitor and improve team performance
8. New Team Integration and Knowledge Transfer
• Onboarding Process: Develop and structure a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective integration.
• Knowledge Database: Establish and maintain a robust knowledge database from scratch, ensuring it serves as a reliable resource for the team.
• Process Mastery: Gain a thorough understanding of all processes through direct questioning, with the support of a dedicated contact person.
• Database Maintenance: Ensure the knowledge database remains up-to-date and accurate. Contribute to the design and development of an internal dashboard to enhance overall team performance.
