• Lead and align backend and frontend development activities
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and take ownership of fullstack solution
• Design and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable architectures
• Drive engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, and modern development standards
• Ensure high-quality delivery through ownership of:

         CI/CD pipelines
         Automated testing
         Code quality and deployment processes

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing products
• Contribute to and support multiple products, including new strategic initiatives and existing platforms

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience working as a Technical Lead in fullstack environments
• Strong backend expertise in .NET / C#
• Strong frontend expertise in React with TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of:
  API design and system integrations
  Clean architecture and design patterns
  Code review processes and technical governance
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience with automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive technical decisions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, multi-team engineering environments
