Responsibilities

Take up the requirements from the specialist departments and design customer-specific solutions in the areas of business workflows, reporting, Application Development as well as information and knowledge management based on M365 solutions e.g. Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams.
Carry out or accompany the development process of the projects from the requirement analysis to the productive operation.
Make your knowledge and analytical skills available to solve problems by delivering from Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to full-scale solutions.
Work as a member of the Digital Business Solutions team in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Successfully completed studies in Engineering or a comparable training.
At least 2-3 years´ experience in a similar role.
Development experience in using technologies such as .Net (C#), HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, Rest API’s, and PowerShell.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Unit testing and functional testing of M365 Applications.
Understanding the different cloud deployments, Automated code deployments using Azure Devops.
Sound knowledge in creating and maintain test cases.
Sound knowledge of the front- and backend of Microsoft 365 applications or similar workflow automation platforms.
Experience in the description of functional requirements as use cases, user stories. including the definition of acceptance criteria and the translation of these into technical requirements.
Very good analytical and conceptual skills.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
Confident appearance, high flexibility, and willingness to take personal responsibility.
Fluency in English, German is considered as a plus.
