Job Description

Responsibilities

•    Solid understanding of IT products and services and proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
•    Conduct thorough market analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends in the APAC / MENA region.
•    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the APAC /MENA region.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
•    Provide guidance on complex sales negotiations and contract development.
•    Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent and robust sales pipeline.
•    Achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of high performance within the sales team.
•    Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
•    Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
•    Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track and analyze sales performance metrics.
•    Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (B.Tech preferred).
•    Proven experience as a senior sales professional in the APAC /MENA region, with a track record of achieving and exceeding IT sales targets.
•    Strong understanding of the landscape and market dynamics in the APAC/MENA region.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
•    Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
